Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Tech2decor via UPI, card, or cash.


1. Advance Payments

  • Advance payments are taken to initiate design work, site visits, planning, and project scheduling.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once design work, consultation, or execution planning has commenced.


2. Design Services

  • Payments made for design consultations, 3D renders, AI visuals, or planning services are non-refundable once shared with the client.


3. Turnkey & Execution Projects

  • In case of project cancellation by the client:

    • Amounts already utilized for work completed, materials ordered, or vendor commitments shall not be refunded.

    • Any refund, if applicable, will be decided after deduction of applicable costs.


4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.

  • Cash refunds, if applicable, will be processed through bank transfer only.


5. Delays & Force Majeure

Tech2decor shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond control, including natural events, supply chain disruptions, labor issues, or government restrictions.


6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to payments shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction and governed by Indian law.
